When we can not be heard, our only tool for advocacy becomes our being.

A humanitarian who has worked with multiple international organizations including the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Doctors without Borders, and Save the Children in the Middle East and Africa.  Having also worked as a freelance photojournalist published in magazines and newspapers in Europe, Africa, and Asia I have the gained the unique position of being able to view the world in a way not too many often have  had a chance to.

Etralik photography aims to shoot life as it happens as a freelance photojournalist, to establish a bridge between the observer and the observed so that through their connection, worlds are introduced, connections are made, and voices are heard.

Only when we connect with others and are able to empathize are we truly able to take a glimpse into our own humanity.
