about etralik

I am a Canadian photographer and humanitarian with over a decade of experience working across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa with international organisations including the United Nations, Médecins Sans Frontières, and Save the Children.

My work in photography and humanitarian aid has given me a rare vantage point — the chance to witness life in its most raw, resilient, and unfiltered forms. I aim to capture life as it unfolds, building a bridge between the observer and the observed. Through this connection, worlds meet, stories are shared, and voices long unheard find their audience.

My photographs have been featured in publications and media outlets across Africa, Europe, and Asia, including De Standaard, Algérie News, psikeArt, RoarMag, and others. These publications have showcased my documentary photography as well as my reflections on humanitarian issues, art, and society.

Whether documenting fleeting moments of joy or quiet strength in the face of hardship, my work is about more than images — it is about human connection.

Capturing emotions. Capturing life.
